SendBlix is a WhatsApp Business Platform workspace for Indian businesses — campaigns, a shared team inbox, and click-to-WhatsApp ad automation in one place, built on Meta's official API rather than an unofficial automation bridge.
What we build
SendBlix gives a business one workspace for everything it does on WhatsApp. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's Embedded Signup, submit message templates for approval, import or sync your contacts, and send template campaigns to audiences you segment by tags, city, purchase history, or your own custom fields.
Replies land in a shared inbox the whole team works from, with assignment, snoozing, contact history, and the 24-hour service window tracked for you. Click-to-WhatsApp ads route straight into automated greetings and qualification flows, then hand a warm conversation to a human.
Who it is for
SendBlix is built for teams selling in India, where WhatsApp is the default inbox rather than a secondary channel: direct-to-consumer brands, retail and D2C shops, clinics and services businesses, education providers, and agencies running WhatsApp for their clients.
It suits teams that need more than the WhatsApp Business app — several people answering the same number, campaigns that go to thousands of opted-in contacts, and reporting that ties conversations back to ad spend — but that do not want to build against the Cloud API themselves.
How we work
Everything runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. That means approved templates, genuine opt-in, and Meta's per-conversation pricing — which SendBlix reports separately from its own subscription so the true cost of a campaign is never a surprise.
Contact data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never sold or shared, and is exportable at any time. Access is role-based, and deletion requests are honoured through a published process.

Where we are today
SendBlix is in early access. New workspaces start on a 14-day trial with full platform access and 50 AI credits. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed to your own WhatsApp Business Account by Meta, at Meta’s published rates — we do not resell messages or add a margin. Plan prices are published before launch, and early users keep founder pricing.
