Data Deletion Instructions

SendBlix lets you request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including data processed through the Meta / WhatsApp Business APIs.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@sendblix.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the email address and/or WhatsApp phone number associated with your data so we can locate your records.
3. We will verify your request and permanently delete the associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

What gets deleted

Upon a verified request, we delete your account data, contact records, and WhatsApp message data associated with your identifier, subject to legal retention requirements.

Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation to the email address you used to make the request.
